Human Resources Organization & Development Manager

The role is accountable for support local management in the respective locations in Italy on all aspects of organisational and people development.  You will also participate in the development and implementation of European processes and policies and support colleagues on other locations where needed.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

  • Participate in designing the organization in order to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of people in achieving business goals;
  • Facilitate projects for change management and improvement of organizational effectiveness and efficiency;
  • Participate to the design and roll-out of European training projects, according to market best practices;
  • Participate in the development of the local talent pipeline and general people development initiatives;
  • Support the managers in assessing and identifying the training need and provide training solutions for the business;
  • Support external suppliers in the detailed planning of training courses and ensure the effective organization(logistics, training setting and facilities);

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experiences:

  • Degree level,  professional HR qualification
  • Minimum 7 years relevant experience in a similar function and in an international industrial environment;
  • Good knowledge in the areas of Change management, organization skills, quick execution attitude, training and presentation skills
  • Experienced in delivering management and leadership training.
  • Experience in using Organisational Development concepts and frameworks
  • Fluent Italian and English
